How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1: From the App
- Open Arise
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to contact@arise-app.fr with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All game progress (level, XP, stats, streaks)
- Inventory and equipped items
- Purchase history and virtual currency balance
- Battle Pass progression
- Guild membership
- Friends list and social connections
- Quest history and achievements
- Trading history
- Push notification tokens
Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. All data will be permanently lost.
- If you are a guild leader, leadership will be automatically transferred to the next member, or the guild will be dissolved.
- Any pending trades or challenges will be cancelled.
- In-app purchases cannot be recovered after deletion. Contact Apple for purchase refunds.
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request.
